Inferno - an intense & uncontrolled Fire an outburst of passion, a flame of virtuosity and an awakening, a reestablishment of human emotions to Kindle the fires within.
Inferno likes to be recognized as an Indian Rock Band that plays hard rock and metal which came to existence in the latter half of 2005. A group of musicians led by lead guitarist Raghu, who have truly been living up to the expectation that it creates with its name, have been quite popular in Indian rock fraternity. They have consistently been creating magic and putting forth some electrifying and increasingly inspiring performances at various platforms such as Rock I-lusion (Delhi), Campus Rock Idols (Jaipur, Delhi, Indore), COBA Rock addiction (MP), Celebrate Zindagi (Indore, alongside Indian Ocean), Pandemonium (Gujarat), Fells n Falls, National Youth Fests, College gigs like LNCT, OIST, MANIT & many more.
Inferno is known for its live performances. They take the place by storm with their easy to sing along originals. Their vocals were good, nice harmonies and a killer bass player. As was said by Sahil from demonic resurrection who was one of the judges at a competition in Gujarat. Gucci of Them clones commended their performance at the inaugural DSP black Rockilution in Delhi and a performance in Jaipur.
Inferno has just launched their first album Free@63 [www.freeat63.in] on the 62nd Independence Day of India. Incidentally it was the First Online Music Album launched in India.
The Band comprises of:
- Bob John - Vocals (Influences: Guns n Roses, ACDC, Pantera, Metallica)
-Saurabh Raghuwanshi - Guitars (Lead) (Influences: Guns n Roses, ACDC, Pantera, Metallica,Megadeath)
-Manbir singh - Keyboards , Guitars (Rhythm) (Influences: Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin)
-Anant - Bass (Influences: Metallica, RATM, RHCP, Black Sabbath)
-Rishi Agnihotri - Drums/ Vocals(backing) (Influences:Pantera, Megadeath, Children of boodom)
