We try to "live in the moment", sometimes we succeed, sometimes not...but the intent is always there

CREATIVITY being the keyword, we are involved in making music - writing and composing songs and Short videos, and many more creative pursuits .. and it's really a great experience each time !!

I (Aditya) also work as a Senior Engineer with a Software firm and have been in the Location Intelligence (GIS-Geographical Information Systems - IT) domain since 2005 now. Arunima, my sis, is an aspiring commerce graduate and always ads a unique flavor to our creations - may it be songs, short movies, posters ..whatever.

To contribute our bit to humanity, we work with an NGO - Expressions India - (The Life Skills Education and School Wellness Program). We are there for Creative Communications (mostly Audio/Visual social messages..event coordinations and general Consultancy) - but our roles are not limited to this. It usually involves coordinating and hosting events, conceptualizing new initiatives etc.

Our BAND - AnAadi

Every thing, in this "mortal" world, that has a "beginning", essentially comes to an "end" some day. We fondly call our team as "AnAadi", which in Hindi means "that which has no beginning" .. and thus, essentially, never ends !!  

The basic idea for AnAadi is - just "be" there in the moment ... let the MUSIC happen !! AnAadi is not an entity that "began" in past.. it just "happens" in the present !! We've never stuck to genres, styles etc. We just make ourselves available to the nature - and music flows. 

Our LIVE sessions are more like an open jam with more friends joining in for vocals and instrumentals. Anyone, to whom MUSIC occurs in that moment of celebration, joins in. We've been performing covers, popular bollywood numbers and our own songs at various musical-gatherings.

Creativity has nothing to do with any activity in particular – with painting, poetry, dancing, singing. It has nothing to do with anything in particular. 

Anything can be creative – WE bring that quality to the activity. Activity itself is neither creative nor uncreative. WE can paint in an uncreative way. WE can sing in an uncreative way. WE can clean the floor in a creative way. WE can cook in a creative way.

Creativity is the quality that WE bring to the activity we are doing. It is an ATTITUDE, an Inner-Approach – how WE look at things.
